Hi friends! My name is Chelsea Smith, I grew up in a very small town–Camden County, North Carolina and then moved to Raleigh where I attended NC State University (Go Pack!). There I met that handsome guy in the photo above, my absolute best friend Hunter. We were friends for a couple years before we dated, and tied the knot on November 5th, 2016. Together we rescued two shepherd dogs, Laney & Sampson!

I first found my love for yoga in March of 2016, and have been practicing like it’s my job ever since. I love how much my flexibility and strength has improved, but most importantly how I can manage my worries and anxiety a lot better. I love learning new things every time I step on my mat and always working to improve myself. When I’m not on my mat I’m usually deep into a book cuddled in my leather chair with a cup of hot tea!

My passion to help people and learn even more has brought me to create this blog, and step out of my comfort zone to share with you my journeys and struggles. I have no doubt it will be the hardest and scariest thing, but having supportive family/friends and my faith in God I know I can make a difference–somehow.
